Roza had found everything we were looking for in a house—our dream home to buy but unfortunately the seller decided to go with a higher offer that was over our budget. Disappointed, but we continued to look at other homes, unknowingly that Roza is persistently following up with the seller’s agent to see if the initial buyer’s will fall out of escrow. LOL!
